Is tap dancing beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Tap is one of the most accessible dance styles for complete beginners. You don't need any prior dance experience, and most tap classes are designed to start from zero. Tap shoes come in leather or canvas and range from around £30–£50 or $35–$60 for beginners.
