Studio pricing — common questions

Is the free claim really free? +

Yes — claiming a studio listing costs nothing and never expires. You verify ownership, take control of your page, and start receiving enquiries forwarded to your email. We make money from Plus and Featured, not from claims.

How do enquiries reach me? +

On Free, every direct enquiry from your studio page is forwarded to the email you verify with. On Plus, you can route enquiries by email, SMS or via a webhook to your CRM (we publish a simple JSON payload). On Featured, we'll help you wire the integration end-to-end.

What does "priority placement" actually mean? +

On any city or city×style page, claimed studios sort above unclaimed ones, Plus studios sort above Free claims, and Featured studios sit at the very top with a badge. Tie-breaks within a tier use rating and recency. No paid result is hidden — you always see the full list.

Can I cancel Plus at any time? +

Yes. Plus is month-to-month with no commitment — cancel from your dashboard and your listing reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period. Annual plans get two months free in exchange for a 12-month commitment.

How is Featured different from Plus? +

Featured is the top slot in your city — limited to a small number of studios per city per style so it stays meaningful. You also get the homepage carousel, a competitor-block radius on your page (no rival ads), and a monthly performance report. It's an annual contract because the slot reservation is a real commitment on our side.

What if no one searches for studios in my area yet? +

Your free claim still pays for itself in two ways: anyone who finds you via Google sees a properly-managed listing, and you appear in our matcher quiz results. If we're not driving qualified traffic to your city, Plus is a waste of your money — we'll tell you that on a call before you sign up.

Do you take a cut of class bookings? +

No. We don't sit between you and your students — there's no commission, no booking fee, no markup. Plus is a flat monthly subscription, and the trial-offer link goes straight to your own booking system.
