Is Salsa beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Salsa is designed to be taught to beginners—there's no expectation that you've danced before. Most adult beginner classes start with the basics, break things down into manageable steps, and move at a pace that lets everyone keep up. The hardest part is usually walking through the door; once you're in the room, you'll see others at the same stage and realise you're in exactly the right place.

What should I wear to Salsa class?

If you don't have dance shoes yet, clean trainers are fine for your first class, but switching to proper dance shoes makes a real difference once you're hooked.
