Yes — most studios in Las Vegas run dedicated adult tracks where you won't be the lone grown-up surrounded by teenagers. Look for the word 'adult' or 'adults only' in the class title, or filter our schedule for the adults audience.

No — adult-only classes are designed for people in their 20s, 30s, 40s and beyond, and absolute-beginner tracks assume zero prior experience. Las Vegas has a strong adult-beginner scene across salsa, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary and barre.

A drop-in single class in Las Vegas is typically $10–$20 per drop-in. Term courses (6–12 weeks) usually work out cheaper per class. Many studios offer a free or discounted first class.

Not for most styles. Ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz and barre are solo. Even partnered styles like salsa, bachata and ballroom usually run partner-rotation classes — you turn up alone and rotate through the group.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, plus flat soft-soled shoes — trainers are fine for most styles. Ballet, contemporary, pole and barre are usually barefoot or in socks. Arrive five minutes early to introduce yourself to the teacher.
